The Witness Group, a hospitality management firm based in Lewis Center, Ohio, was formed in 2016 from the merger of Alliance Hospitality and KB Hotel Group. They manage 30 hotels and counting in Ohio, Indiana, and Virginia under reputable brands like Hampton Inn, Home2 Suites by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Holiday Inn Express.
This newly-formed company wanted to engage in an aggressive digital marketing strategy while remaining authentic and presenting themselves as experts in the hospitality industry.
We are a Silver Agency Partner through HubSpot, meaning we are certified to use HubSpot software to providing digital marketing services to clients. The Witness Group came to us for help with their digital marketing, so we provided them with HubSpot tools to help them manage their social media accounts, blogging, email newsletters, press releases, landing pages, and more. We also revamped their Career Center to make it mobile-friendly. Now when people click on a job listing for The Witness Group on Indeed, it takes them to a Career Center landing page. This Career Center has helped them hire top talent.
Since we began managing their social media accounts, we have grown their Facebook business page to 385 followers, their LinkedIn page to 600 followers, and their Instagram page to 900 followers. Social media has resulted in 3,700 visits to www.thewitnessgroup.com since we began working with them in March 2017.

Their increased online presence has helped them garner national recognition and acquire investors, and their CEO, Ohm Patel, became a recipient of the Smart50 Award from Smart Business Magazine. This recognition has helped increase awareness for their brand in their industry.
